  Great place.  It took a little time before I became such a huge fan.  The pizza seemed a bit plain to me at first and I wasn't thrilled with their subs.  However, Pizzeria Presti really grew on me.  First, they deliver to me in Groton which is very convenient.  Second, the customer service is excellent - their staff is incredibly friendly and pleasant.  Third, the food is actually wonderful.  The ingredients are fresh.  Some of my favorites include:  pizza (love the BBQ chicken), spinach calzone, tuna salad (served with yummy pita bread), meatball sub, and chicken marsala.  I am so happy to have them nearby.  I have been and will be ordering a lot!

  Let me start by saying we live exactly 10
  minutes down the road.
  We ordered a small turkey sub with Mayo, Onion toasted lightly,
  A small cheeseburger sub,
  Small onion rings and small wing dings.
  Order came an hour after we ordered.
  My sub was over toasted where edges couldn't be eaten. Two pieces of turkey and half an onion chopped.
  My onion rings were burnt. Inedible.
  Wing dings were cold.
  All for the low price of $26.64. Not to mention tip.
  I called to complain about the onion rings, was put on hold for 5 minutes. Told me I'd get a new order. At 7:25pm they were finally delivered. Never

  I signed up to write this review. I have lived a stones throw from them for about 8 years and ordered I cant tell you how many times. When I first got here they were good but I just cant take it anymore. For a long time now they have just not gotten orders right. At first I thought it was when I ordered online but even calling they get it wrong. They changed their menu a while ago and much of the new food is sub par. In addition many items on the menu do not come with what the description says. The main meal is there, sub par or not, but the extras listed on the menu are none existent. I try to order local but there are many other options for this and I am done ordering from here.

  Ordered one medium pizza.  Nothing special.  We were told 20 minutes which is reasonable.  We get there and was told another 15 minutes. Not good.  15 minutes later, we were told they "lost" the order and that it would be another 30 minutes.  We cancelled the order and left.
  
  This place cannot handle their business properly.  There is nothing special with their pizza either.
